Choice to skip SLDL since it was moving day at work and I knew I'd be squatting and hoisting heavy boxes all day. hehehe... there are some disadvantages to being a strong woman, you gotta move your own damn boxes so the custodians can help the other ladies in the office... I always laugh when they say 'no don't lift that, you'll hurt yourself' yeah.. ok... right...

Had physio therapy on Friday too. between the exercises they have me do to strengthen back and abs and the abs I did on Thursday.. good gosh my abs were on fire.. planks were killer! KILLER I tell you...

Friday's cardio was cycling outside for 90 minutes...

Saturday - well today was a special day as I got to meet and workout with a new friend BiggyDaddyD (david).... We did chest and back...

I did cardio this morning.. 90 min run/walk, never did HR get above 132.. I like that when I can run (well ok it ain' 8 min miles) and my HR stays low... then some more box lifting as we unpacked our new office at work...

Now on the flyes... BDD was doing them different and it was intriquing as I could see the squeeze in his chest at the end of movement... so I decided to give it a go... OMG the contraction from this is amazing... not sure how to describe it but when doing flyes your arms are kinda bent like your hugging a tree and they stay that way thru top of movement, then right near the top you straighten out the arms a bit more, not lock out and bring the ends of the DBs in... wish I had brought camera to video it cause I am sure I"m not describing it right..

Anyhow... it wasn't my normal workout but it rocked and OMG it is SO so nice to have someone to train and chat with from time to time.. so again BDD, thank you sir!!!!

on life and dating

I consider myself a pretty shy and reserved kind of gal... well, at least until you get to know me that is then all bets are off... but I'm not just someone that can walk up to a strange guy, strike up a conversation and ask him out... well ok, I DID do that once, after a few Captain Morgan and cokes... I married him :o)

But your left to wonder, be it a guy seeking a gal or a gal seeking a guy, unless you do a friend hook up or parents set you up or something... mmm where do you go to meet other singles? I did yahoo personals before, met some creeps and meet some decent peeps too... and while I am not ready to get 'involved' with anyone in IL... and I am not ready to be in a 'relationship' I am ready to date... but... the person I date, at some point must understand my lifestyle and my love of the gym and I've come to realize I am attracted to big guys, not big as in fat big, but power lifters, strongman, bodybuilder physique types.. and maybe that sounds shallow to others but oh well at least I am being honest...

SOOOOO.....

I took the plunge and put a profile out on fitness singles...thinking maybe there I'd have a better chance of seeking the body type I like and perhaps someone that understands the fucking nuttyness of contest prep...

and since I am moving in Sept.. I decided to put my location as Florida and I put in my profile that I am not a resident yet but will be soon... Ok I don't consider myself the cat's meow so to speak... decently fit and attractive yes... but I am blown away by the response... and... OMG I am finding just what I am looking for..

I've been chatting with one hell of a hot ass Federal Law Enforcement/US border patrol guy who is currently in Iraq but lives in Ft Lauderdale, we chat daily, a surfer in ST Pete, a hot ass fireman in SC and a few others... and I am having fun... its kind of cool that I will get a chance to know them via phone, email or text because I won't be moving till Sept.. and while I am no whore I plan to go out with several peeps, just cause you go out does not mean you sleep with everyone... and damn it if guys can date multiple women... and be considered a stud... why can't women date multiple guys???

So there ya have it... will anything come of any of it... who knows at the worst, I could have made a few new friends...

Setting it up...


in regards to that becoming more comfortable with who I am... being in my own skin... I have 3 shoots lined up on Sat at Jr Nationals... will shoot with Tom Millard, then GeneX, then TomNine... and I am trying to get some others set up for that weekend too.

not all photogs pay and that's fine you still get awesome professional pics to use, but the ones that do... you can make $100-$150 for an hour to an hour and half of your time of posing and flexing...that is more than i see from the hotel for 24 hrs of my time...

so this picture was taken on my digital... and its nothing compared to a professional camera... and its not a half bad shot... if I do say so myself....

much of nothing

Just not into updating my training workouts... today was legs and well.. it sucked...I am thinking might have to move legs to evenings... its hard to lift/push heavy with legs so early in the AM...

PJ mentioned the word suffer in my last update..meaning its gonna be tough these next 3 wks till photo shoots... he is a great guy and I've seen what he can do with clients so I can do anything for three weeks... I am at 1 protein fat day and 2 protein veggie days, 90 min of cardio.. an hour of it after lifting and the rest in the evening...

the part time job is really wearing me thin... I am physically exhausted by the time I get home Sunday... I really REALLY need the money but its barely over fed mini wage rate... I honestly think I could make more doing web camming.. and not have to leave my house ya know - nudity is NOT req'd... but obviously you make more if you do... but sadly.. I have no boobies AT ALL and what is there is fucking sad and sorry... but ass... oh yeah I gots ass! but like I said nudity is not a requirement...

decisions, decisions.... i know some that know me would be mortified, even if none of it was nudity but there is a side to me that people really don't know about... and reality is I am becoming more comfortable in my skin, with who I am and I find nothing wrong with the female form... its beautiful... in fact..
