1/12 @ 25 x 3 Sets really focused on squeeze/hold at the bottom of movement

Did some cardio after

Wednesday was back day and maybe doing stiff leg deads for hammies one day and very next less than 12 hrs later doing deads for back..mmm not such a great idea but only so many hours in a day and you have to get things done - unless my lottery ticket is a winner tonight and then I can quit my job and be at the gym all day :o)
