Ok can someone splain please WHY a lat pulldown machine jumps in 20 lb increments? Sometimes going from 100 to 120 is a large jump.. Yes the back is a huge muscle area but still.

Back day is hilarious for me when the gym is full. I hit it at night, cause, well I slept in a bit on Wednesday... but its like the world comes to a standstill when a woman puts the bar on the floor, loads it up, and deadlifts...

I almost feel like charging for the show ya know.. oh well its funny and I get a kick out of it most times... just in a happy place for the most part these days so whatever peeps, stop and stare, take pictures....
