Running is really not my thing, its honestly just a means to an end. And when doing a triathlon, its a necessary evil.
Hasn't helped that earlier in June I was a total slug for about two fulls weeks. I did nothing but cram my face with crap food and had no desire to get up at 4 a.m. to exercise, just didn't give a shit basically. Amazing how its effected my running, but everything happens for a reason and maybe this reason was to show me how even a small break will reek havoc on what I had built up...
