Met up with Kristin round 4:35 a.m., then she, Kevin and I biked to Oakbrook area (remember I'm directionally challenged so I'm pretty sure that is where we were) and did intervals on the bike.
With work hours changed for about a month I didn't have a lot of time so only got in about an hour and that included the time getting there and back.
