1 - I am grateful for my ability to stick it out. I didn't blow off cardio when I felt like it... got to it later than usual but... ITS DONE!
2 - I am grateful to my friend George who has blessed me today beyond measure and my friend Chayna we chatted for 1.5 hrs...
