1 - today I am grateful I kept my mouth shut about something that would have gotten me no where anyhow.
2 - today I am grateful to my cardio texting buddies to pass the time away with me (not possible with tomorrows HIIT on tap, today was steady state)
3 - today I am grateful for sore muscles, lets me know I did something yesterday
