1 - I am grateful I can adjust - change is hard for me but I seem to be adaptable
2 - I am grateful to Duncan the doggie we are sitting for - he makes me laugh he is such a puppy
3 - I am grateful I am a damn good cook makes living a lean lifestyle so much easier

Being a good cook definitely helps when you are trying to eat healthier. Premade and eating out kills you on all counts. Sodium, sugar, fat - ugh!
