My '300' Assignment
we had an assignment to do... create a "300" workout.... basically 6 exercises of our choosing, but at least one had to work legs, and one had to be an AB exercise.... I choose
Squats @ 95lbs
Leg Press @ 95 (plus sled weight)
Lat Pulldowns @ 70
1 Arm DB Rows @30
Incline DB Press @ 20
Abs
