NOT! Can there be anything more boring in the entire world? Well I'm sure there can be but cardio ranks right up there. I really need to start looking into some classes at the gym just to mix things up a bit - sometimes doing something new make the time SEEM to go faster.
No weights today just 35 sweat soaked minutes on the elliptical and then another 35 on the treadmill at 15% incline.
FINALLY a move on the scale too WOO HOO!
