Started to do chest today when I realized... duh I am working out with Mary, Robin and Angie tomorrow and chest is on the agenda.
But boy has my strength on bench DROPPED a lot, prior to summer and my slack off, I was benching 100-110 (110 on a really good day) today that last set of 75 lbs found the last few reps hard. Course strength has dropped in all areas that one bothers me cause one of my goals dating back to 2002 was to bench 100 pounds clean for reps.
Flat Bench - 1 x 12 x 65, 2 x 12 x 75 - then remembered tuesday workout and switched to shoulders.
Seated Shoulder DB Press - 1 x 12 x 20, 1 x 10 x 20 and 1 x 12 x 15
Rear Lats w/DB - 3 x 12 x 10
Front Shoulder Raise - 2 x 12 x 10, 1 x 12 x 12.5
Then 35 minutes on recumbant bike.
