First and most important - THANK YOU to all the veteran's out there past and present, that have fought for my freedom, my freedom to be able to get up and go to the gym on a Sunday morning.
Kevin did the Sears Stairclimb and the run at Dick Pond's afterward. I was NOT up for the stairclimb this year and not really ready to get back to running just yet.
I hit the courts for 35 minutes on the stairs... you feel just like your climbing the sears tower only you don't go anywhere :o) - and then another 35 on the bike.
