I just couldn't let the chest/back workout defeat me so I gave it another go. This time, while it WAS tough, I nailed the sets and reps.
4 x 110 x 8 on supinated close grip pull downs
4 x 40 x 8 on DB incline bench press
4 x 50 x 8 on 1 arm rows (did use straps)
4 x 90 x 8 on flat BB bench press
I'll be interested to see what the program spits out when I do confirm and advance.
