this is so worth the 1.5 hrs to watch.... it will blow your mind, and hopefully, make you think differently about the food you put in your body.
God never created us to process all the frankenfoods we eat day in and day out....
I am making changes daily....
I know it won't happen over night but the foods we eat are literally killing us and I for one won't stand for it any longer!
